HOW LONG WILL MY FRESH BLOOMS LAST?

You can expect your fresh blooms to last between 3-7 days. Flowers will always last longer if they are well looked after. Sonny & Willow is not responsible for lack of care once delivered, such as not placing in fresh water or a spike in temperature. During the hotter summer months vase life will vary during extreme heat. If you have a problem with the quality of your florals, you MUST contact us within 24 hours & if necessary, we will send you a replacement. Please note- after 24 hours no flowers will be replaced. We won't take any responsibility for flowers that are left out in extreme weather.

CAN I CHOOSE THE COLOUR OF MY FRESH FLORALS?

Sonny & Willow CANNOT guarantee the exact colour or variations of ANY flower, plant or product used in the arrangements. All-natural products are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will ever be the same. We will substitute if necessary to make your arrangement as gorgeous as possible. If you would like something specific it is best to give as much notice as possible so that there is enough time to source the florals.

I HAVE MISSED THE CUT OFF, CAN I STILL ORDER FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

If you would really love your flowers delivered & it's after the cut off time, please give us a quick call & if we can fit it in, we will do it for you! PLEASE NOTE- If you do fail to provide a date for delivery or reply to a follow up email then we will deliver at our earliest convenience. We do not always have time to check our messages on social media as we are busy making your gorgeous blooms so the best way to contact us is by PHONE, TEXT or EMAIL.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?

Sonny & Willow deliver fresh blooms Monday- Saturday each week. On occasion Mondays will be unavailable & if it's blocked out then we will have closed delivery.

I LIVE INTERSTATE BUT I REALLY LOVE YOUR EVERLASTINGS, CAN YOU SHIP THEM TO ME?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer interstate shipping for our Everlasting range.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

If there is nobody home to accept the delivery, it will be left in a safe spot at the specified address, if we do need to re deliver there will be another fee. Please note- we will not take any responsibility for flowers left out in extreme weather. 

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DELIVERING MY ORDER?

Where the incorrect delivery address has been given or we cannot access the property due to locked gates or apartment blocks there will be a re delivery fee charged. If they are not at the address and you would like the driver to deliver to a different address, then please organise this with us directly & not our delivery driver. We do ask that you respect the drivers and the time each delivery takes them. They cannot wait at any address as they are on a tight schedule. If the delivery is to an apartment block, we recommend making sure we have access & a mobile number. PLEASE PUT THE RECIPIENTS MOBILE NUMBER IN THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS SO WE CAN CONTACT THEM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.

CAN I CHOOSE A TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, we cannot take any timed deliveries. Each day is different, and we are usually running on a tight schedule. If you do require a timed delivery, please call us to discuss and see if we can help you. If you request a time for delivery without contacting us, we most likely will not be able to fulfil that request. For example- "delivery by 10am" Considering most of our orders only come in by 9am this is not a realistic timeframe & we will do our best to have them delivered asap. Please note an extra fee may be charged. PEAK TIMES- During peak times such as VALENTINES DAY OR MOTHERS DAY we ask that you be patient with the timeframe of your delivery. Emails, messages and calls requesting an eta & specific time for deliveries are time consuming and only hold up our drivers on these days, these will most likely be ignored by us as we are under time restraints during these peak times. 

 

WILL YOU STILL DELIVER DURING LOCKDOWN?

YES! During each lockdown we still have offered our contactless delivery. If for some unforeseen circumstance we will not be delivering, we will contact you ASAP!

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM EVERLASTING?

Sure thing! Please send me some images of what you are after or the space you would like it to go. Please only send over images of previous work by Sonny & Willow. We will not copy other creatives work so please do not ask.

WILL YOU DO MY WEDDING FLORALS?

Sonny & Willow are a small team so we are limited to how many bookings we can take each weekend. If you would like to chat about weddings, please email info@sonnyandwillow.com to get the ball rolling. To secure your date we take a small nonrefundable deposit.

DO YOU DO GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher online and they do not expire.

OTHER INFORMATION

We will deliver your order between 7am & 6pm, If your order is going to a school or a business, please leave clear instructions on when the person receiving the order will be leaving. PLEASE NOTE WE DO REQUIRE A NUMBER TO CONTACT THE RECIPIENT ON SHOULD ANY PROBLEMS ARISE.

Flowers are natural materials and seasonal - all buyers accept and acknowledge.

Colour and flower availability changes day to day and flowers will not be exactly as depicted in any images on this website - flowers will be fresh and of the best quality. The style and florals choice remains at the discretion of Sonny & Willow.

GST (Goods & services tax) is a requirement by Australian law & is charged on all our products. Please note all pricing is inclusive of 10% GST. All pricing excludes a fee for delivery. These prices are available at checkout.
